As part of a site upgrade co-ordinated by Yorkshire Water Services, Utile were contracted to supply and install a new Double Membrane ground mounted Gas Holder, new biogas condensate pots, pipework, valves and instrumentation from the Digesters to the new gas holder, biogas boilers, CHP and Waste Gas Burner.
Utile have replaced an old asset with a new Sattler B9 122/250 Double Membrane 2,150m3 ground mounted gas holder and associated Lightning Protection Masts in accordance with BSEN62350, rolling sphere method to LPS1 protection.
Utile have once more, supplied Anglian Water with a new Sattler B9 122/250 Double Membrane 2,150m3 ground mounted gas holder and associated Lightning Protection Masts in accordance with BSEN62350, rolling sphere method to LPS1 protection.
Utile have recently installed a new 780m3 Sattler model B9 116/250 ground mount, double membrane gas holder for Severn Trent Water, replacing a Flexitec unit that has given good service over its design life.
Utile have recently installed two new 9,390m3 Sattler model B9 131/300 ground mount, double membrane gas holder for UU plc at this site as part of an overall upgrade to the gas storage area.
Utile have recently installed and commissioning into service a new 330m3 Sattler model B9 119/205 ground mount, double membrane gas holder for Yorkshire Water at this site. This included new duty/standby air blowers, level and gas measurement as well as an over pressure valve.
