This site is operated by Veolia and Utile were contracted to replace their original 2,150m3 double membrane gas holder that had come to the end of its design life. Critical to the contract was the speed of change and we successfully completed the project in May 2024 in 6 working days, start to finish. This was achieved by skilfully co-ordinating activities with Veolia and their sub contract team. We installed an exact size replacement with a Ceno-Tec (Ex Sattler) B9 122/250, Double Membrane 2,150m3 ground mounted gas holder. Additionally we fitted a new duty/standby air blower system, upgraded Over Pressure Valve assembly and local marshalling panel to feed the new gas detection and laser level measurement to.
